Oct. 25, 2016 - prerecorded call to my cell number that is on the national DNC list from "Heather" from account services to lower my rate to 6.9%. I pressed 2 to be removed, and the call immediately disconnected. I have received the same call a lot recently, and have both pressed 2 and asked live reps to remove my number.
