Ya its a scammer they told me I messed up on my taxes in 2008 and I didnt file that year the guy was indian so when He told me marshals are one the way I said ill be out side waiting

Any call like this is a scam the IRS does not call people for these reasons. They will send you something in the mail  both regular and certified. The only time they contact you by phone is when you call the given number on one of this letter and establish contact through the phone with them. They always give you their government agent number and never get abusive or threatening with you. Believe it or not they are actually very kind and polite. I am not with the IRS but I did have to deal with them in an unpleasant situation. They actually helped me resolve it. My suggestion, If you get a call like this call the IRS and ask them.
