Who called from 2029872727

No response when I answered this call.

I received a call from this number, but when I called it back twice, I didn't get an answer.

They will not stop calling, needs to stop!!!!

Says the number is disconnected after i immediatley call back.   Cell phones are nothing but a fad like ripped jeans and pop rocks.

Caller was a foreigner, said I won some money, I told them to quit scamming people and told them to quit calling me, then I hung up.
