called, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer, no message

Calls multiple, multiple times per week. Rings three times and then stops.

same here. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They don't leave a message.

This number calls all the time,  I finally answered because I was going to give them a piece of my mind.  No one was there.  I tried call blocking but my phone service wouldn't let me,  I think because it's a strange number with the 002 in the number.  Annoying as all hell.

it comes out of England the country code is 44...
