I get a 203-004-8805 pop up on my caller ID...not wanting to bother I pick up and then hang up....my phone rings again...I pick up with a hello and they ask for me, and I hang up, fully knowing I've either "won" something or I can save on a bill that is already included in my apartment...3rd time...persistent little buggers...I didn't wait for them to speak, I just told the person the next time he calls I will have him charged for harassment...It has been blissfully quiet ever since.
