Someone called me twice I m Australia but I can't hear  I m deaf so call me Sms I

Suddenly getting persistent calls from this number. Saying it's a publishing company. It's driving me nuts.

I enquired about e-publishing with them but told them I changed my mind. I've been called about 10 times now.

They called me twice yesterday from the United States and twice today from Egypt. I blocked both numbers. What else can you do?
