They knew my name, telephone number and full address with postcode. They were wanting me to turn on my computer so they could show me the malware downloads my computer had made without my consent. they said they were not selling anything and that they wanted nothing from me other than to show me these illegal downloads.
I asked them to ring back and i phoned the police who verified this to be a scam and an attempt to access my computer and then charge me for downloading repair software.
The number they gave me to call to check the legitimacy of the company was 2030262518 (I did not call back) and when they called me I told them I had reported them to the police and then I put the phone down.

The same thing happened to me today, although he had my name wrong. I took his details and said that I'd ring back but didn't. Details were the same as in the email from Sue Bathgate.
