hey there - was doing laundry and had this number appear. Last time I got number like this it was a telemarketer so I would not waste any time trying to find out who it was. Your phone may have a technical problem but you may also be receiving calls from an automatic dialer that logs the time the phone is answered. A telemarketer uses the information to indicate when a person will be at your number to answer the phone.

14 Jan 2012-Received call. An Indian accented voice (dot, not feather) offering to clean up my computer problems. I interrupted, told him my computer was fine and not to phone again, and hung up. I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
This is definitely a fraud. I strung him along and the object was to let them clean your computer of viruses. He will direct you into allowing them to hack into your computer to do this favour for you and he will also mention the name PC doctor. BEWARE, this guy needs to go to prison I'm also in Ottawa. He has called me 3 times so far and if anyone knows who I should contact to nail this guy, I'll do it.
