When these scammers phoned me, he pronounced Viruses the way you spelled it. I think you are working for them, I asked him 3 tiimes what vires was. I think its absolutely attrocious how you people are allowed to continue to get away with this rubbish
just been called today by asian lady saying she was working for microsoft london office at 80-100 victoria st and my PC had been sending error messages for several months and had been infected by viruses and that it needed to be sorted or it would be shut down today.
most of time I couldn't understand what she was saying (poor english and background noise) but became suspicious when she asked to see what was on my PC, after asking for her name, telephone number and that I would ring her tomorrow after carrying out some verification/security checks the phone went dead......
These are scammers do not let them take control of your pc....how would some random caller know your pc was I infected or not...it's just guess work...do not trust them hang up on them and ignore their calls....
