CALLED ME AND HUNG UP CANNOT TRACE?

I called it back and got an answer, they then hung up. There's a voice mail box.

Have received numerous calls from 203.051.0988 always after 10:00 PM PST.  Really annoying.  No messages,
no one is there when you answer.

This is more than likely a spoofed number, after the 203 area code the number is 051 which isn't a valid sequence of numbers. Probably a telemarketer trying to get around the DNC list as usual.
