Who called from 2030900001

This number has called 15-20 times since 7/16/07. All calls have been hang up calls. It rings, I answer-there is no response.

This is a company that says they are "American Financial" and they have me "preapproved" for a credit card. I told them to take me off the calling lists and he said "don't you want to improve your credit"???

Harrasing phone calls at all times of the day & night.  They called 4 times on 7/16/07

this number has called me 25 times since friday the 13th in 5 days.  I asked them to not ever call again they say that they have a credit card for me told then didnt want it,  they say they are from the credit agency and trying to help.  i told them they are herassing me nbut they still keep on calling.. I dont know what to do?  help

if u told them to take u off the calling list and they still keep calling you then tell them if they don't stop calling you are going to report them and that is their warning. if they call you again report them.
