Who called from 2031123336

My son just got a call from a heavily accented male regarding a grant, but the guy asked for me!! This is a scam, don't fall for it, people!!

Another scam... I wish our government would catch and block these numbers, especially when these people say they are the government.

Have given up saying hello when the phone rings. Just ask "What scam is this please" and just keep asking till they hang up. They must be buying into "get rich quick" scams   and think they are going to make it big.
