this is so annoying. I block the number for these people and they call from another. I block that number and they call from another. They are relentless, they are criminals, and all they want is your credit card info so they can steal money from you by charging your credit card. This is not a legitimate business, they will not reduce your interest rate and if you are in the mood to have some fun, press 1 and then question what they are up to. The fact that they are willing to curse at you (yes curse), call you names, and hang up on you is a sign that this isn't a legitimate business.
Recorded message claiming to be from "Cardholder Services" with an offer to lower my interest rate. Only my family has my cell number, so this is a total scam. Reported it to donotcall.gov
No message. If your call is not important enough to leave me a message then don't bother making the call in the first place. "Do not call list", what a joke!
