Who called from 2032041272

I have no idea who this is.

I've been receiving calls from 203-204-1272 since October 5, 2015 starting at 6:48pm.  My called ID indicated it was an "Out of area" number.  No message was left. The list below is the dates and times this number is calling without indicating why by leaving a msg.  Really get the hint!!!
October 5th again at 8:18pm
October 6th 6:51pm
October 7th 6:47pm
October 7th 7:48pm
October 8th 10:02am
Never is a message left.

Whocalled.com website states the following:

203-204-1272 is a landline phone number at 107 W Woods Rd Hamden, CT 06518 and phone carrier is Teleport Communications Group - New York. Owner’s name and address below.

No MSG left. Called back, got recording "we have contacted you for a market survey or a political call, ...to remove..press 1 1; you know the SCAM recording. Caller ID: Guilford, CT, called 7:08PM.

called and said they were from ccg research and wanted to speak to the male voter in the household...I said no

We got calls every hour or so all day on Sunday.  Finally answered, after a pause (computer dialed I'm sure) a woman came on and said "we're doing a short survey..."  My husband told them to remove our number and hung up.
