Same as Jon's note above. Received a call from this number said Hello--- no response.
Kept phone on speaker for a minute os so, then the calling party disconnected without ever speaking.
I will send in my complaint to the FCC now.

Sending in a complaint is easy; Google "FCC Complaint"- go to their page and select the appropriate options. It is a bit confusing the first 2 or 3 times but becomes easy to do after that.
The FCC does in fact follow up on these inappropriate calls.
