This number came into my cell as Duquesne University. Absolutely impossible, It is a Verizon Waterbury Ct, cell phone type number. I have a similar number so this is a clever scammer making it tempting to answer because it looks like a local call to people in this part of CT. I have been getting a few of these spoofed Verizon cell assigned numbers lately which actually trace to real people in my area. No one so far has left a voicemail. I use Whitepages ID and call block on my cell.Very effective.
