some monthes ago my husband got a call from" microsoft tec" saying my laptop had sent a report that there was a problem, and they are autherised to fix the problem , he let them on to our laptop on line , it was running very slow so he did think that we had a problem, the person was english sounded like from burmingham, he payed about £160online 2 them and it seemed 2 work our laptop did work better we even got 3 emails from MSTECWORLD confirming our laptop life time protection. Just last week our laptop started to run slow again and not download microsoft updates so i tried 2 got in touch with MSTECWORLD both by email and by phone both failed number does not excist ,emails get returned. then low and be hold today i get a phone call from a company called CEYLON-TECHMAX there is a problem with my laptop they were told by microsoft if i got a download 2day for xxx amount it would clean and sort my laptop,do not know if CEYLON-TECHMAX are real or not i said i would get my husband he was outside, they waited for 11 mins before hanging up, there number was 08000689314, all i can say is pay for someone face 2 face 2 look at your problem, calls from people that can help u, but cast u money, there and then are a rip off ,GIVE THEM THE RADIO 2 LISTEN 2 THEY WILL SOON HANG UP.
