Who called from 2032427889

Got two calls this evening, one at 7:17 PM and the other at 11:11 PM.  Since the call purportedly came from CT, that's AFTER midnight EDT.  I wasn't near the phone to answer either time but they didn't leave a voice message either.  However...

With my current version of iPhone I'm able to set such callers to be blocked.

I too received a call from this number.  2 rings.  Doesn't matter, if I do not recognize a phone #,  I do not answer.

Calls, rings twice, and hangs up. Second day in a row.

Low life scum bags- blocked !

called my cell at 7:20 pm tonight 1/17, (i didn't pick up).  no message left.
