Scammer in Spanish....I don't speak Spanish.....dumb scammer. Hung up!

Rejected the call that came in @ 1:26 PM CST on 10/12/16. Left no message. I blocked my info and called the number back. Automated message said it was an offer for a "government issued tax relief program"; no company name, no other info... just stay on the line for the next agent.   NO!!!
SCAM... blocking number.
