Who called from 2032428445

I have received several calls from this number but never answer.  Let the answering machine pick up but they hang up.

I get a call from this number often. It's from Shelton, CT. I picked it up once and a woman named Andrea asked for my mother who was sleeping. My mother is on her 80s and has dementia. After the woman , whose voice was loud and stern, said who she was I couldn't hear the call anymore; it just went dead so I hung up.

Caller ID shows BCOF. No clue what that is but I'm not answering the phone to find out. Pretty sure it is just some kind of phishing scam.

This number has been calling me for months, NO message NO idea who OR what they are BUT they are very persistent and will not quit. I do NOT answer if I do not know who they are or what they want so BLOCKED them.
