This number called a California number. The call was immediately answered with a "Hello" and there was no response from the caller for over 10 seconds. Today is March 30, 2015. This number will be reported it since the number they called has been a registered Do Not Call number for many years, exceeding 5 years.

Called a Atlanta area cell phone several times today.

Called my cell phone.  No one I know - didn't answer.

Called a CA mobile #. Did not leave message. BLOCKED.
