Be very careful, these guys are crooks. I have an app that I use when telemarketers and crooks call. This number came up as "Norman Moreau" of Madison, CT. I then called the number back and got a recording saying that this number is no longer in service. Sorry Norman but someone has stolen your name and town and is using it to try to steal from some poor unsuspecting citizen.
