Several calls, no voice on other end before it disconnects

Missed the call but figured I would log it here.

This is the second time these people have called me,it comes on my caller I'D. as "survey sampling",when I pick up,they hang up,and I'm on the National Register for Do Not Call list,this really upsets me,Does anybody out there know what I can do about this? I'll nail there butts in a heartbeat! Thank you for your time & to whoever has a suggestion to what I can do.
