She said my checking account number had been found on an "International List" and she would put a "block" on it. Then, she tried to get me to read the account number off the bottom of one of my checks to "verify" the number - clearly a phishing scheme.
called and said that my dog was hit by a car and they told me the kind of pet I had I just asked them what they were talking about because my dog was with me !! And they also told me of I could make my way down to the emergency hospital because they had a description of my dog !!! And I told them my dog was with me and they hang up and I tried calling the number back but it said that the person wasn't accepting calls at this time !!!
I try to get the voice mail to answer these calls I don't know but the "funny" thing about the calls from this number is that the voicemail does not pick them up (I mean, it's not that the voicemail picks up and then they leave no message, it's just they ring once or twice and hang up...no time for the voicemail to pick up...does the same happen to you? It's very annoying
