CID showed "Unknown Name". Call not on blocker, so it rang several times. I answered it and a woman mispronounced my name and said she was from some chimney company and was "working in the area ... " at which point I interrupted her and asked why she was calling when I was on the Do Not Call list. She said she did not have access to that information, which irritated me greatly so I said, calmly (!!) "federal law REQUIRES YOU to have that information, and your response annoys the hell out of me."
She tried to interrupt me and at that point I hung up. Hope I wrecked her day.
