This number called twice, within 30 minutes of each other, and did not leave a message. Called ID says "DERBY, CT". I don't think this is Charter Communications. Look up the number on Google. Charter does not list this number anywhere on their corporate website.
The number is for Charter Communication Service, "Spectrum Business Service" in Stamford, CT. This is their corporate headquarters and where they market from. They are a cable provider for various locations across the U.S.

Caller ID Says Derby, CT. Actually left a message. A man claiming to be Mike Patrick from Spectrum called our secondary business line, addressing my name not the business name & I'm not the account holder for this business, wanting to upgrade our internet and add tv service. He said he would send all the info to the email he had on file for me, which he recited and it was not mine, like never in this life or any other would I have ever had anything remotely close to that email address, with a service provider that doesn't function in any area near where I or anyone in our business has ever lived(yes, i looked it up). Was weird for such a call.
After over a week of receiving messages every morning from this number I contacted Spectrum. They tell me the 203-278-5232 phone number is not theirs nor is it connected to them, that the number that is left in the message asking me to return the call to is not theirs nor is it connected to them. They concluded that this is a phishing scam and sent me a link to file a report with the FCC.
