Sounded like a Robot call. I said Hello and they asked for me using my first name.
When I didn't respond they started saying they were from the police association .
I hung up. Scam
Called twice this week and left a message. The first few words it's hard to make out but something to do with the IRS and a lawsuit and an arrest warrant. Have played the messages over a few times but can't make out the first part, not sure if the male voice is saying it's ME the IRS is going after. Haven't blocked the number yet, want to see if they call again and leave the same message in a more clear voice so I can understand EXACTLY who/what they are talking about...guess I should say who/what they are Bull S....... about.
203-278-5300 called 8 pm. Googled number from caller Id while was still ringing. They hung up. Third time in a few days. It's getting near tax time so I guess scammers are calling.
