This is a bill collector that kept calling and not leaving a message on my boyfriends phone...Literally a phone call every two hours for two days straight...unfortunately...he doesn't have it...Didn't quite catch the name though of the company
This number started calling me today and the messages were things like "what" in a manner similar to someone agitated and being called on. The next one was "in there" another snotty tone, it was a male voice. So, I took the liberty to call it after seeing it on here and knowing that I dont have any outstanding bills at the moment, fully ready to give someone a hard time. As soon as I dialed it, I got a recording that said"Please hold" then a woman comes on and says some sort of collection agency so fast I couldnt make it out, I then asked why they had called my house and without even asking for my number she asked if a person by the name of (and she gave my old married name from years ago) lived here and A: I have just recently changed my number so I was never that name with this number associated with it. B: I dont have any old or new debts pending. I am not sure this is really a bill collector given those clues. I told her no, there isn't because thats the truth and she said she would remove my number from her database. We shall see! The whole thing sounds pretty shady to me! I just called it back to see if I could recapture the name and now I get a tone then a message thats says "your call did not go through" Strange!
I am getting these calls on my cell phone, sometimes 2-3 times a day. If it's a bill collector they are very sneaky about it, making it look like a local call. Interesting.
