Who called from 2032838006

We received a call from this number.  My daughter answered the phone and a man was on the other line.  He tried to strike up a conversation with my daughter.  Told her that he loved her and attempted to talk her into meeting him.

I received 2 called from the number - one saturday and one this afternoon- no message. When I try to call it back it wont let the call go through. the caller id says MILFORD   very odd

Same here. Just received a call and did not go through when i called back.

Received this call at 9:30 AM, Tuesday November 30, 2010. Caller ID renders "STATE CT -MILFORD"
Busy signal of course when calling back. Here what is so annoying. My number is on the "Do not call" list register. And that is with the state of Connecticut.
