I got a call from them earlier today.
I looked it up, and they seem to be a Connecticut marketing firm called 'Tactical Marketing'.  Their website is here: http://www.tacticalmarketing.net/

SIDE NOTE:
I'd recommend signing up for Google's free service called GrandCentral. (http://www.grandcentral.com)  It can screen your calls, block spam, and store your voicemail on a webpage.  I just got it, and this was the first call i screened.

I receive unwanted repeated calls from this number..Stop....
