This number called my cell phone 3 times in a row, twice at 12:58 PM and again at 12:59 PM, I didn't know the number so I never answered.

Caller ID says DERBY CT. Did what I usually do with unknown numbers. - wait 4 or 5 seconds before saying hello. Machine looks for voice and disconnects with silence. Scam.
