They want to give me money but they want some money from me first , they saiod a won $9000.00 and they will sent it to me , but i got to give money to them first, he is the manager of it and he work for the goverment , i got call first from 202-506-5346 an them they gave me his number that he will do this prank

I received a call from 202-506-5346 and was told I was selected to get money from the Government for $9,000 then I was told to confirm my name by saying yes then I was given a conf. # LL222 and was told to call 202-738-4482. I called and I was told in order to receive this money I would have to deposit $310 and will receive that money back totaling $9,310, he then said got to western union and he will walk me through it but I told him that I did not have the money on me and my number was a home line that I would need to write down the information and call him back with, that didn't fly so I said why don't you send me the money and I could send the $310 out of that, could you trust me.......that didn't fly either. So I heard dead silence then I hung up.....too funny.

I received a call from 202-506-5346 and was told I was selected to get money from the Government for $9,000 and that only 15 other ppl have been approved so i said if you want my bank account or credit card your out of luck. He said no ma'am you do not have to do any of that then I was told to confirm my name by saying yes then I was given a conf. #  and was told to call 202-506-5346 its his managers cell phone he will help me with further information. so i  called later that day and the manager answered the phone he introduced a company but i could not hear him so i asked him to repeat himself so he asked me what am i calling for so i told him about the grant he asked for my con. # and told me i should be receiving a check in the mail in two days if i haven't received it by then give him a call back. no one answered when i called the next day so i googled the numbers and so here i am

i called the managers number and its always busy.

also they sound foreign
