called and left no message

Received a call from 2033171100 at 11 p.m.
Would like to know you is pestering people.

called me left no message,
white paged the number
they are in Meriden, its a land line.

I just had it call me again but I had it auto blocked on my new phone.  If I remember correctly it was an older woman who kept calling asking for someone...either a good or prank or a delusional old lady.

Don't know who called i muted the call and i only heard music in the back ground .
