I called it back. A recording said it is call concerning "local political issues" and not a sales call. I added it to my blocked numbers. I hope it is not my local Congressman, though he usually has calls come through his office and they show up on my ID with his name.
This is probably some annoying political research or survey firm. They can stay blocked!

For the last week, this # would call 2 to 3 times in morning, same around noon and again in evening, no message left and no one is on the line when I picked up to listen. BLOCKED, they just called again this evening 8:15pm EDT- for the 5th time but won't come through now.
Extremely annoying, to say the least.
What is it with phone scams?? This call came through as INFORMATION. We screen calls and if it isn't recognized don't answer. No message was left but the name was suspicious!
