this number just called - after saying "Hello" someone responded with "Hell of a nerve". I called back. The number is for a newspaper in CT - I got a recorded message!!

This number has called me for 2 days now and doesn't leave a message. The called id says Connecticut New and I am on the Do Not Call List, so stop calling me, I don't want anything.
This number only started calling recently, and it's been calling multiple people in my neighborhood. It's an automated message that, as soon as you pick up, goes, "We're sorry", and hangs up. The caller ID shows "Connecticut New".
I have been getting calls from this number multiply times daily. I can see it in my id list. The last time was 7:30am on a Saturday morning. Really???? Hung up as soon as a family member got it. The id says Connecticut New
