left a message on my machine wanting to do home improvement, clean gutters...I'm on the no calls list

This guy is a scam. No business name? Jack of all trades? I think not! Report to Ct Atty General. I too am on the no call list. 4th call this year.

Oh, I am so sick of this guy!  Calls every couple of months, leaving a 5 minute message on my machine listing the 7,482 expert services he provides.  I've reported him to the CT attorney general -- apparently that was pointless.
