Hi Cablevision, the technician for my rescheduled installation appointment did call me to inform his arrival for the service. But the technician for my first appointment didn't call at all, and arrived near my house, waiting only three minutes and left quickly, didn't give me time to do downstairs to open the door to meet him. I was frustrating because I waited for two days for this appointment but he is not willing to wait for several minutes and didn't call me. Then I have to reschedule the appointment to next day,and this inconvenience has interrupted my work a lot because I use internet to work for my company.
