Saved by called ID again. Didn't know number, so I didn't answer. No message was left. It's a shame I have to rely on caller ID when I'm on the "Do Not Call" list, but apparently no one looks at it anymore.
Answered the call because it was from Fairfield County. A lady speaking in broken English said 'congratulations, you have been selected for a $1,200 dollar'----- at which point I cut her off and said I did not want her $1,200 and as I was hanging up could hear her rambling on.
