I answer and immediately hang up on out of area numbers to avoid voice mail spam. 203-347-0692 is number for a marketing agency according to another call report site. Likely a kin to the NYC "212-662-XXXX" Medical Alert spammers using a new number. I will report to FTC.

Caller ID said Senior Benefits, they hung up after 3 rings. I'm on the DNC list but it does't stop these scammers. I'll block the number, the DNC list is a waste of time.
This is the 2nd or 3rd call from 203-347-0692. When I answer the call, the caller immediately hangs up. Don't you just love people who don't have the common decency to at least respond when it what them who made the call. How cowardly, and I hope their Mother doesn't know how they act!!!
