I received this phone call as well. For the past couple days now at the times of the day were I couldn't answer and I just picked it up today. And the women's like have you clicked... to get special educational finance like I'm completely confused what she was saying I couldn't even understand the words that came out of her mouth because she was talking so fast and low. So then I asked her to repeat it, and I was still confused on what she was asking me hahaha... I'm not even sure if that's what she asked me anyways... but she did ask me something and all I said was NO THANK YOU and she's like ok mam' Like literally I'm so confused and weirded out it's not even funny because I couldn't catch what she asked lol I should have asked her a 3rd time but I was like what ever I'm not going to get her question anyways because I could barely hear her...
