Called at 11:12am. Not diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo), so I reported it to them. I called back (*67) and got a person whose diction prevented me from understanding what he was saying, but it sounded like a company name. Which would have to be a smoke screen since their Caller I.D. is "Out of Area."
