We are a retailer and were contacted by someone with a horribly fake Indian British accent. We carry Burberry in our stores..this man said he was from Burberry, and that he Was calling from London, and that our account was now going to be handled by him/his co, in London. Burberry has USA offices that all US accounts are handled under. It was odd that our current customer service rep didn't contact us for something like this. Our US customer service rep had no clue about this. He kept asking of an email address, but no financial info. When we called back (non-international number), it had been disconnected....
very suspiscious...
