Just got a call from this number. The caller ID indicated that it was "Out of Area", but it also showed the actual phone number and it wasn't, it was the same area code as my own phone number. I'm assuming that's just the way they set it up to report to caller ID.
Spotty reception, faded in and out. A woman with a Spanish accent asked for a Mrs. Moreno. I told her she had called the wrong number. That was it. I had already typed in the number into 800notes, so I was actually a little surprised to see that others had reported on them.
Received a phone call from this number this evening. "UNAVAILABLE". Looked up the number, and found it was a landline out of Stamford, CT. No message was left.

They called from this number and didn't leave a message. ID said from Stamford, CT. Unlisted landline. Easy to trace if I wanted to pay someone a few dollars to do it. Didn't bother returning the call. Especially after seeing this thread
