Repeated calls from this number. Always the same. No response when you answer and then after a few seconds of delay "I'm sorry. This is Joel Collins from Injured American Veterans." Sounds like there is a person on the other end but it is definitely a robocall. Best guess this is a scam to try to get donations from people thinking it is the Disabled American Veterans.
