Called my cell phone while I am at work, didn't leave a message.  Phone shows it coming from Redding, CT.

Just called my cell phone. I did not answer,left for voice mail. Did not leave message. Came from Redding,CT

Called cell a few minutes ago - no message

This is sooo annoying, they call constantly!! Why isn't there a FCC system in place that we can block or report these people, what good is a "do not call" list!!!
