Garcia (from DNI) is the name she gave when asked. but left a 877-855-1624 number to call her back. wanted to know when I would return; she is very rude and why are they calling people on their job; that's against the law especially when asked they not call your office.
I just got a call 2 weeks ago saying that they were going to begin wage ganishments at 25% due to an unpaid loan and that it would start on my next pay check. These people do not sound foreign. So i called back to find out more informationwhen she picked she answered GNI or DNI recovery when i asked her what they were calling me for they kept me on hold for about 15mins until i decided to hang up. they called and left the same message i decided to call back and waited this time another 20 mins on hold she said i owed 500 to united cash which i have never heard of and that it had turned into 2500. when i asked for their number her response was prior to contract agreements i cant give the number out that when i started calling her a liar and she hung up so i called back and mentioned a lawyer and she hung up again. i called back once more and told her i had found out she was lying and that i would contact a lawyer and yet again she hung up. needless to say these are just like the foreign people only no accent! got me believing until i emailed all the united cash places possible and none have any info on me at all!
i just got a call at work from the same people saying that i owed a company called "cash today". i told her i never did a payday loan with them and i never heard of them before. she then asked me if i checked the bottom of the contract and i said what are you talking about all of my payday loans are paid off and i remember everyone that ive used. she said that she was going to start wage garnishment etc....i said well i have a lawyer who would like to look at this so called paperwork. i told her i never received any paperwork about this place and i would like to know who they got the info from she said i would have to look it up on my own. who does that????? i know she is lyiing because in the state of MN a debtor has to be served before a judgment/garnishment can be taken and i have not recevied any of such things.

I received a call from that same phone no. and they tried to play stupid like they never received any of message threatening to report them to the attorney general office. When I finally talked with her she stated that is why she was calling me back. I told her I am reporting you and she said nothing basically tried to skip over what I was saying. Well we will send it back to the creditor for garnishment. I told her you can not garnish anything, until you prove that I owed this debt. The only people that can do that is the IRS and even they tell you before they do it. These people are liars, and crooks
call miss garcia at 203-409-3442 and harass this [***]. DNR recovery. As soon as you start asking questions and fighting back she caves and says that they will not call back and put you on the fefusal to pay list.
