A person by the name of Roan Johnson answered the phone. Said he was with FEO Services and was hired by Google to fix incomplete profile problems. When I asked if there would be charge for his services, he hung up.
Just another 6 more months to put up with these idiots before I retire and disconnect my business phone!! I answered, but no one was there. I blocked this number along with hundreds of other scammers. They're like cockroaches. Stamp out one, 100 more come out to play.
This is ridiculous! They either call and don't answer, as tb indicated above, or they have some recording that says to update your Google listing, as Erica said. They don't honor hitting 2 to be taken off the list. I've done that before and they're still calling.
