Called today. Asked to speak to me. Wanted to confirm my address. I gave no information. Said he was from Finance Help Desk. When asked where he was calling from repeated FHD. Then asked if he was caling from UK whereupon he hung up. His accent was Indian or similar.

I've been getting calls from this number and they're claiming to be "Collect Advisor", stating that I had submitted a request about being interesting in returning to college. I've received 6 calls today, and at least 4 yesterday. I keep telling them to take me off their damn list.
I have been getting about 3 calls a day from this number. They say that they have received my inquiry in regards to furthering my education. As soon as I ask them to take me off their list they hang up.
