Person claimed to be from Duquesne Light offering a lower rate. He was NOT aware I had moved or what the new address was. I never gave him a chance to go into his act. Told him just to it... I'll see it on the next bill. I live in Pittsburgh. The call came from a cell phone in Connecticut.
