they called my MIL a few days ago, and now calling my husband's cell, saying they are associated with URS.. But wouldn't tell me what they were calling about. Definitely shady.
Received a call from this number today. They wouldn't reveal who they were or what they wanted. They only requested to speak to my wife and they asked for her by the wrong name (her former first marriage last name was the only correct part of the call).
These people called my NEIGHBORS!! They asked them to relay a message to me. How they ever got my neighbors' number is beyond me, but it scared her. I have not called them, but know that I've spoken to NCO before, so will call them to complain.
